Scott Collins, Managing Director: -

Scott is an Associate Engineer having obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Central Queensland University in 1986. Since completing his trade in Fitting and Turning with North Broken Hill Mine, Scott has gained extensive experience in the mining, manufacturing and pulp/paper industries over the last 30 years.

Scott founded AMS in 2001 to deliver high quality maintenance consulting services. The company has grown over the years to provide a range of maintenance services designed to provide practical economic solutions to business.

Michael Jewitt, Procurement Specialist:-

Michael joined AMS in 2002 and integral in developing the Inventory Management service AMS provide. Michael gained a Diploma of Logistics Management in 1988 from the University of NSW and achieved a Graduate Certificate of Manufacturing Management from Charles Sturt University in 1994. Michael has occupied positions in all levels of supply from storeman, to Procurement Manager and the experience gained over the last 35 plus years give Michael a great insight into the practical management of inventory.

Rick Pimblott, Condition Monitoring Specialist:-

Rick joined AMS in 2008 and has been responsible for the rapid expansion of the AMS condition monitoring programme. Rick has a long history in vibration analysis and reliability engineering having worked with a number of large corporate entities in charge of their reliability services.

Rick has had extensive experience in improving lubrication systems and designing out long term maintenance issues. This has invariably led to valuable performance improvement in manufacturing equipment.
